My goal as your NJ Licensed Home Inspector is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, while offering knowledgeable and friendly services to home buyers and sellers in Monmouth County NJ and surrounding Central Jersey areas.
As in other areas of business, not all Home Inspection companies are equally qualified or offer the same quality service. In New Jersey, a home inspector must maintain a license issued by the state of NJ to perform a home inspection. Master Home & Building Inspectors and Environmental Testing Consultants LLC meets all requirements for maintaining our licensing status. We are experienced, we have a good reputation, and we are known for our professionalism and thoroughness.
Because there are a variety of systems in a home, like plumbing, electrical and mechanical, structural, and heating & air conditioning, our inspectors are highly qualified, receiving formal training and technical knowledge in all areas of the structure and systems in the home. Using the latest technology, we inspect every part of the home, from the attic to the basement, roofing, exterior, and more!
If you are considering selling your home, we strongly recommend a Pre-Listing Home Inspection as a proactive measure to give you the opportunity to make any necessary repairs that, if not addressed, could result in the sale of your home to fall through when a buyer brings their home inspector through. Serving Monmouth County NJ and surrounding Central Jersey areas.
Our termite inspectors examine your property for wood destroying insects such as Termites, Carpenter Ants and other wood destroying pests. We may also prescribe solutions to correct infestation, and recommend methods to prevent re-infestation. We will issue a Termite Certification at the conclusion of every NJ termite inspection.
Radon is an odorless, colorless gas found in the soil and common throughout New Jersey. Because soil is porous, radon moves up from the soil and into the home. The gas can accumulate in the air we breathe, becoming a health concern. Radon gas decays into fine particles that are radioactive. When inhaled, these fine particles can damage the lungs. Exposure to radon over a long period of time can lead to lung cancer.
I offer a unique service where I incorporate Thermal Imaging technology in every home inspection I perform. With the use of my Thermal Imaging camera (a $20,000 hand-held instrument), I have the ability to literally see through your walls to reveal concealed issues such as moisture; where there is moisture there is mold, structural issues and missing insulation, all of which can significantly affect the heating and cooling efficiency of your home, resulting in higher energy costs. Feel free to contact me for questions pertaining to the many other benefits that go along with the thermal imaging analysis of your home.
